Columbus’ most experienced senior living team works at Westerwood.
While we recently changed our name from Friendship Village Columbus to Westerwood, the same Board, leadership team, and staff have not changed. We’re still the same nonprofit Life Care community that has been consistently named a Top Workplace by Columbus CEO magazine and recognized by Holleran as a Choice Community for our exemplary culture of resident engagement.
Our staff-to-resident ratio exceeds Ohio’s staffing recommendations, meaning we attract and retain service-minded, well-trained care team members who embrace our residents with warm hospitality. Members are hired for characters and retained for skill. Many of the friendly faces you’ll see around campus have been with us for years.
