Expert instruction and equipment. Our full-time, certified Fitness Coordinator has a B.S. in Exercise Science. She is well-trained in maturing bodies’ biomechanics, and she loves working with new residents to teach them proper form and process. Whether you’re a novice or a retired athletics director, we adapt our classes and fitness instruction to meet your level of experience and conditioning.
Like walking? With nearly a full mile of meandering pathways, much of it through beautiful, wooded areas in our nature refuge, you can reach your 10,000 steps goal daily on your own or with friends from campus.
More to come. On the drawing board are new recreational amenities to boost the fun factor, including a putting green, bocce ball and a variety of other outdoor features. As a resident you can weigh in on what you’d love to see added to the lineup!
