For more than 30 years, Holleran has been the nation’s leading provider of engagement and satisfaction surveys for senior living providers and community health organizations.
Their Choice Community Award honors senior living communities that rank among the very best in resident and employee engagement and satisfaction. This prestigious recognition is based on more than 160,000 surveys completed within the past three years across 1,000+ communities nationwide. To earn this award, organizations must exceed Holleran’s national benchmark by scoring above the 85th percentile on their Engagement Index.
