Our Flexible Lifestyle Program is unique to Life Plan Communities and is yet another way we provide a fresh approach to retirement that lets you live your best life today, and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that should you need additional care in the future, you’re covered.
All independent living residents with Life Care or Life Choice contracts are eligible for the program.
How It Works
- Just notify our business office in writing before “taking off” and let us know your departure and return dates.
- Singles receive a discount equal to 25% of their monthly fee for the duration of the qualifying absence, as well as discounted dining charges for the same time frame.
- Couples receive a discount equal to the second person’s monthly fee for the duration of the qualifying absence, as well as discounted dining charges for the same time frame.
- Discounts are credited for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, with no maximum time frame required.
