Our Life Care contract offers the invaluable benefit of predictable pricing, regardless of how your care needs evolve. By enrolling while you’re still in good health, you secure guaranteed access to all levels of care at Westerwood.  

Think of it as planning ahead to ensure that your healthcare needs are covered for life. For a one-time entry fee, the Life Care contract gives you control over your future healthcare expenses, so you receive unlimited access to our comprehensive care services at predictable, manageable costs—now and in the years to come.

Other Westerwood Agreements

Life Choice Agreement

Our Life Choice agreement offers a lower entrance fee and provides a discount on future healthcare costs. It also includes up to 10 free days per year for short-term stays in our rehabilitation center or assisted living.

Rental Agreement

The Rental agreement is ideal for those who prefer not to pay an upfront entrance fee. It includes the same amenities as the Life Care and Life Choice agreements, but with higher monthly fees in lieu of a larger upfront fee. It does not offer protection from rising healthcare costs as your care needs increase.
