- Well-equipped fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise machines designed for seniors and fitness programming from our full-time fitness coordinator, including more than a dozen creative, laughter-filled classes

- Chapel with nondenominational services and spiritual programming led by our chaplain

- Semi-monthly housekeeping service
- Weekly flat laundry service
- All utilities, including cable TV, internet, Wi-Fi and trash removal
- In-unit heating and air conditioning controls
- Dining program
- Exercise classes led by our full-time certified fitness coordinator
- Resident-driven programs and classes and live events
- Social activities and outings
- Access to the Otterbein University’s Lifelong Learning Community
- Secured storage area
- Chaplain services, including counseling and spiritual programming
